Almost half way there!!

My doctor in Richmond said I was due October 12th but the doctor down here said I was due October 10th so my half way mark comes this Wednesday...or Friday. I know its a rough estimate because that sweet baby is going to come when he or she wants. 

Our 20 week ultrasound will take place on our 2nd Wedding Anniversary and even though we are not finding out what we are having its still going to be a super special day. 

Ultrasounds are so amazing. Hearing that little heart beat and watching that little miracle moving around is like no other feeling. 

God is so awesome. My mind is blown daily at His goodness.

13 weeks, 16 weeks, 19 weeks

iPhone Apps are magical. I miss the days in the dark room days where you made pictures look like this that took hours and hours and a lot of hard work.

Pinhole affect...I love pinhole cameras! Just need a dark room. Too bad we don't have a basement.

Baby Mobile!

Josh and I bought a Honda Pilot last Saturday! Its not what we went looking for but it was a fantastic deal we couldn't pass up. The color is growing on me and I love sitting up high. We didn't bring it home unti last night but it was totally worth the wait.

 It had just been traded in the day before and hadn't had a lick of work done on it. They had to detail it so it would be shiny and new looking, and Josh was able to get all new tires, brakes, full engine flush, and some other fancy things done to it to get the best out of the deal. Bitter sweet trading in my little Honda Accord and moving on with not only a new car but a whole new chapter in our lives. Exciting, scary, but so amazing!

I will miss you little Accord. 

May Priority Honda find you a wonderful new home.

this week

How far along? 16 weeks 6 days OR as new doctor says 17 weeks 2 days. either way i'm due in October and that babe is coming when he or she wants.
Total weight gain/loss: steady at 10
Maternity clothes? now have 3 pairs of draw string linen capris from old navy that i will be seen in very often.
Stretch marks? none yet and hopefully none at all. going to look for Motherlove's belly salve or whatever miracle working stuff Meagan used. 
Sleep: better. still stiff in the morning if i sleep too long and after i get up to pee (at either 5, 530 or 6) its hard to get my brain to turn off. 
Best moment this week: in the midst of a week full of something so devastating it has to be my amazing loving and uplifting husband!!! also, my supportive and loving friends and family. oh and picking up our new car yesterday!!! 
Have you told family and friends: Everyone knows...we posted on the FB the Friday after Easter and the beginning of my second trimester. 
Miss Anything? still stays the same...alcohol...keep dreaming about it. have started allowing myself small amounts of coffee and soda from time to time so that i dont go too crazy. 
Movement: i wish!!! i want to feel this baby move so badly!!!
Food cravings: last week it was Pelon's Chicken tortilla soup!!! amazing! i had it twice but that was about it for the cravings. still loving anything with cheese and bread, but that isn't anything too new.
Anything making you queasy or sick: smelling new and different smells can sometimes catch me off guard but no queasy or sickness from it. 
Have you started to show yet: yeah that bump is there for sure. 
Gender prediction:maybe when i start feeling movement i will have a better guess..based on attitude.
Labor Signs: nope. l can however feel my uterus growing...
Belly Button in or out? IN
Wedding rings on or off? ON
Happy or Moody most of the time: Happy unless i am hungry or tired or both. 
Weekly Wisdom: God's timing is perfect. I trust Him with all my heart and know that everything works out according to His plans.
